JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY
As the Mental Health Housing & Support Worker, you will provide
ongoing support to both existing and new tenants of a practical
Housing nature from referral stage onwards. This will cover areas such
as rents, arrears, budgeting, transfers, moving plans, maintenance,
allocations, interviews & tenants? rights. You will also offer
formalised regular ongoing recovery and social inclusion-focused
interventions to clients diagnosed with mental health difficulties.
You will report to the Head of Services.
